Located overlooking the beautiful Minnis Bay on the North Kent Coast, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington provides a relaxed, stylish setting with stunning views, excellent food, a wide drinks selection, and friendly service. The pub is near Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum, with opportunities to explore the area's rich history through Shepherd Neame's Minnis Bay Pub Walk, which starts and ends at the pub.
We believe that talented chefs are essential to a successful kitchen. In this role, you'll work as part of a friendly and supportive team to deliver outstanding dining experiences to our customers.
Previous catering experience is beneficial but not essential. If you love food, are confident, motivated, and a team player, we can provide training to help you succeed.
