Miller & Carter - Cribbs Causeway is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a section, train great people and deliver exceptional dishes. You’ll support the Head Chef and step in when needed.

You'll work with a branded menu, manage stock and food ordering, and uphold health and hygiene standards while promoting a high-energy, team-focused kitchen culture.

This role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, pension and career progression opportunities within Mitchells & Butlers.

Competenze

• Experience leading a kitchen team
• Ability to work under pressure and manage timing
• Knowledge of standard kitchen procedures and HACCP is a plus

As a Sous Chef atMiller & Carter - Cribbs Causeway, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
