Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Vicolo Lounge kitchen team. The role offers up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. You’ll work under Head Chef to deliver a high standard all-day menu across a growing brand.

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie/Line Chef with experience in a high-volume kitchen, ready to join a friendly, supportive team and contribute to amazing guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
