Job summary

Vitello Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team. You’ll deliver our flexible all-day menu, work closely with the Head Chef and ensure every dish hits spec from prep to plate.

We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals each shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one, with a chance to grow through our career pathways.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Punctual, reliable and team oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec from tapas to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Assist Head Chef with prep, service and maintaining standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
