Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Piccolo Lounge. The role supports the Head Chef in delivering a busy, all‑day menu to high standards across our 300+ sites nationwide.

You will be responsible for cooking to spec, maintaining hygiene, and collaborating with front‑of‑house to ensure a great guest experience. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, and staff food from day one, plus substantial staff perks and career development opportunities within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high‑volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience
