B&Q Thetford is hiring a Checkouts Customer Advisor to join our store team. This part-time role (18.75 hours) covers shifts from 7.00am to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday, on a permanent contract. You’ll be the face of our store, delivering friendly service and handling tills, Click & Collect, and display upkeep.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful with customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Able to work on a rota including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers at checkouts and answer product questions.
• Promote Click & Collect and upsell where appropriate.
• Set up and maintain displays across aisles.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service on tills.
