B&Q Limited Chippenham is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor for checkouts or TradePoint on a 3-month fixed term contract. Shifts run 6.00am–10.00pm, seven days a week, with a notional £13.10 per hour rate.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Interested in home improvement and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at checkouts and assist with TradePoint when required.
• Assist customers with questions, process sales, and support displays to keep the store looking inviting.
