Job summary

B&Q Leven is hiring a Customer Advisor for Checkouts on a part-time basis. The role covers 12 hours per week with shifts from 8.00am to 8.00pm, Monday to Sunday. You will become an expert advisor, helping customers and handling tills as well as click & collect and store displays.

You’ll receive training across areas, with a focus on great service at the tills and working as part of a welcoming team. Flexible weekends/bank holidays are required, with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and eager to help others.
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Able to work in a team and on rota including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert advisor who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects.
• Drive sales through tills, click & collect, and setting up displays.
• Ensure the store looks great and maintain high customer service.
• Receive training in various areas while delivering on-the-tills service.
