Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor for a specialist residential agency covering Cheam. You will manage sales from offer through to exchange and completion, with a strong emphasis on communication and service.

The role requires proven estate agency experience, the ability to handle large pipelines, and confidence liaising with solicitors, buyers and sellers to keep chains moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Articulate and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of residential transactions and the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Experience in estate agency is essential and handling large pipelines is advantageous.
• Confident dealing with solicitors, buyers and sellers; proactive in resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Managing property sales from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion.
• Proactively monitoring and progressing a portfolio of transactions.
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, agents and other parties.
• Maintaining records and ensuring smooth progress through to completion.
