Tata Technologies Limited seeks a Team / Module Leader for Chassis Components to guide a delivery team through final development, validation, and launch phases. You will prioritise workload, manage risks, and report status to client management and TTL, ensuring smooth transition into production.

The role requires a degree in engineering and proven experience leading automotive chassis teams, with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team or module in automotive product development, validation, industrialisation or launch.
• Experience delivering chassis components within automotive programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the chassis component engineering team through final development, sign-off, maturation, vehicle launch and industrialisation.
• Prioritise and allocate team workload in line with milestones and build requirements.
• Maintain an integrated view of component delivery status, risks and resource constraints.
• Lead resolution of major engineering, quality, supplier and manufacturing issues with robust containment and corrective action.
• Provide clear, evidence-based status reports to client management and TTL.
• Escalate significant issues with defined impact and recovery actions.
• Ensure DV, PV, sign-off activities and engineering releases support programme timing.
• Coordinate support for pilot, pre-production and production builds.
• Drive delivery of chassis components to time, cost, quality and specification.
• Manage engineering changes, risks, dependencies and supplier interfaces.
• Coach team members and ensure ownership and closure of actions.
• Support launch activities at customer facility and transition to stable production.
