Tata Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Propulsion Integration Lead to join our Warwick-based team.

You will own end-to-end engineering for powertrain systems during launch and industrialisation, lead physical vehicle builds, and coordinate cross-functional launch activities across prototype, pilot, pre-production and production builds. You will drive issue resolution with engineering, manufacturing, quality and suppliers, support validation programs, ensure parts availability and build maturity,

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering powertrain components in automotive programmes (launch/industrialisation).
• Strong launch, manufacturing support, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in OEM or Tier-1 environments with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end engineering for powertrain systems during launch and industrialisation.
• Lead physical vehicle builds at client plants and prototype facilities.
• Coordinate powertrain launch activities across prototype to production builds.
• Resolve engineering, manufacturing, quality and supplier issues to closure.
• Support validation, DV, PV, sign-off, durability, and test programmes.
• Ensure parts availability, build maturity, and status tracking for builds.
• Manage risks and changes throughout program milestones.
• Provide on-site engineering support during builds and tests.
• Report launch status and mitigation plans to leadership.
