Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on planning matters, helping them navigate the complexities of the planning system.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and other related documents, demonstrating a thorough understanding of planning regulations and procedures.

Requirements
  • Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent professional body.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
