Qualifications

• Chartered Structural Engineer with relevant institution status.
• Strong experience in design and consultancy.
• Proficient with structural calculations and technical design.
• Good knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structural engineering solutions across a range of projects.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, specifications and reports.
• Produce and review drawings and details.
• Assess existing structures and recommend solutions.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, clients and consultants.
• Attend site visits, inspections and meetings as required.
• Manage projects from design through to completion.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure designs comply with British Standards and Building Regulations.
• Review and approve technical work where appropriate.
