You will lead structural design from concept to completion, mentor junior engineers, manage client relationships and contribute to a varied portfolio across residential, commercial, education and mixed-use schemes.

Qualifications

• Chartered Structural Engineer with consultancy experience.
• Experience leading projects from concept through to delivery.
• Ability to design structures using steel, concrete, timber and masonry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and delivery of projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop technical capability.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive projects from concept to completion with practical, cost‑effective solutions.
