AsaSeniorQuantitySurveyor,you’llleadcostmanagementandcommercialdeliveryacrossarangeofsectorsincludingcommercial,healthcare,education,residential,andmixed-usedevelopments.You’lltakeownershipofprojectsfromfeasibilitytofinalaccount,workingdirectlywithclientsandinternalteamstodeliverbest-in-classservice.

  • Preparingcostestimates,procurementadvice,andtenderdocumentation
  • ContractadministrationunderJCT/NECforms
  • ManagingjuniorstaffandsupportingAPCdevelopment
  • Workingdirectlywithclients,attendingmeetings,andpresentingcostadvice
  • Supportingbusinessdevelopmentandhelpinggrowkeyclientaccounts
