Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or similar required.
  • Experience in consultancy, ideally in a mixed sector.
  • Strong understanding of UK construction contracts and procurement routes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cost management and commercial delivery across various sectors.
  • Prepare cost estimates, procurement advice, and tender documentation.
  • Manage junior staff and support their APC development.
