Job summary
Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Development Infrastructure Team across London and Wimbledon. You will oversee technical excellence, commercial performance, and delivery of a diverse project portfolio while supporting growth of the discipline.
The role requires chartered civil/infrastructure engineering credentials, strong leadership, and a track record in business development.
Qualifications
- Must be a chartered civil/infrastructure engineer with substantial leadership experience.
- Strong background in drainage, earthworks, highways, and flood risk.
- Proven track record in leadership and business development.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring teams across infrastructure, highways, drainage, earthworks, and flood risk projects.
- Driving operational strategy, team performance, and professional development.
- Providing technical leadership on complex civil engineering projects, ensuring high-quality design and delivery.
- Managing project finances, including profitability, budget tracking, and risk management.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities, preparing bids, tenders, and fee proposals.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards (CDM 2015) and ISO quality systems.
