Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd. in London seeks a Senior/Associate/Director-level Civil Engineer to lead development infrastructure projects. You’ll shape design, delivery and management of schemes, mentoring teams and building strong client relationships in a well-funded multi-disciplinary design consultancy.

The role requires strong experience in drainage and estate roads, proficiency with Civil 3D and MicroDrainage, and a track record in business development and leadership at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering consultancy for development infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of drainage and estate roads design
• Consultancy experience with client-facing responsibilities
• Chartered status with ICE or CIWEM is preferred or required

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and management of development infrastructure schemes
• Grow the civil engineering team and develop client relationships
