Job summary

Aldwych Consulting is seeking a senior Civil Engineer to lead development infrastructure projects in London. The role involves directing design, delivery and team growth, while nurturing client relationships across Residential, Commercial, Higher Education and mixed-use sectors.

Ideal candidates will bring Chartered status, strong drainage/estate roads knowledge and experience with Civil 3D or MicroDrainage, coupled with a proven record of leading teams and winning work.

Qualifications

Strong experience within civil engineering consultancy.
Proven background in development infrastructure design.
Excellent knowledge of drainage and estate roads.
Experience with Civil 3D and/or MicroDrainage.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Experience leading, mentoring or building teams.
Chartered status with ICE or CIWEM.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, delivery and management of development infrastructure schemes.
Develop and maintain client relationships and win new work.
Oversee technical delivery and ensure high-quality outputs.
