Job summary

Aldwych Consulting is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Development Infrastructure Team across London and Wimbledon. You will provide technical leadership, shape project delivery, mentor staff, manage budgets, and help grow the discipline through client engagement.

The role requires a chartered civil/infrastructure engineer with proven leadership and business development experience, a hybrid working pattern, and a competitive package including a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Chartered civil/infrastructure engineer with senior leadership experience.
• Strong background in civil/infrastructure projects including drainage, earthworks, highways and flood risk.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects and develop business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams across infrastructure, highways, drainage and flood risk projects.
• Drive operational strategy, team performance and professional development.
• Provide technical leadership on complex civil engineering projects and ensure high-quality design and delivery.
• Manage project finances, profitability, budgeting and risk management.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, prepare bids and fee proposals.
