Brief job details:

• Mainly carrying out building surveys.
• A significant percentage of work involves traditional and Listed buildings.
• Projects are mainly located in the Southwest of England, predominantly in the Cotswolds.
• The client base includes private clients, rural estates, local authorities, charities, developers, and contractors.

Candidates:

• Must be MRICS with at least 2 years PQE.
• Knowledge of planning, heritage legislation, and building regulations.
• Experience in Building Surveys (mainly RICS Level 3, some Level 2), Commercial Surveys, Maintenance, and Dilapidations inspections, schedules, and negotiations.
• Experience with Projects in Commercial, Residential, Conservation, including construction design and management for various heritage and commercial projects.
• Practice management experience is advantageous.
