About Our Client

Our client is a leading property and construction building consultancy delivering technical professional services across the industry. The role will be based out of the Central London office and is likely to involve managing other team members and ensuring the successful delivery of monitoring surveying commissions.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead projects independently, managing internal or external teams of varying technical abilities.
• Deliver high-quality advice and reports on projects of different scales and complexities for a broad client base.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
• Travel regularly across the South-East and nationwide as needed.

Technical Delivery

• Prepare clear, insightful technical reports with strong visual content.
• Chair project meetings and act as the main client contact.
• Deliver presentations internally and externally.
• Apply technical expertise and commercial judgment for successful outcomes.
• Monitor project profitability, ensuring efficiency and adherence to fee structures.

Team & Project Management

• Oversee performance of team members and external consultants.
• Mentor and support junior staff development.
• Assist in recruitment and professional training.

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Attend industry events to promote business development.
• Represent the company at external events, showcasing services and values.

Strategic & Operational Involvement

• Support internal business operations alongside Directors and Partners.
• Participate in Responsible Business initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Must be MRICS Chartered with proven experience in Monitoring Surveying and Technical Due Diligence across UK construction projects.
