Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Associate Infrastructure Engineer in Central London. The role leads major infrastructure projects, mentors engineers and drives technical excellence across rail and maritime sectors.

You will manage teams, review complex designs, lead bids and ensure high standards in line with UK standards and CDM regulations. Hybrid working is offered with strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status (ICE or IStructE) required.
• Minimum about 10 years in civil or structural engineering.
• Strong experience in rail or maritime infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical assurance and review complex designs and calculations.
• Develop client relationships and act as technical advisor.
• Lead bids, proposals and work-winning activities.
• Oversee programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
• Mentor and develop engineers toward Chartered status.
• Ensure governance, quality and CDM compliance.
