Brandon James is seeking a Civil Engineer to join a leading consultancy in York or Leeds. The role targets an Associate/Director level with responsibility for delivering major infrastructure designs and managing client relationships.

You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers and support business development while ensuring design quality and project delivery across a growing infrastructure division.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng/MICE) or equivalent.
• Extensive civil infrastructure design experience in consultancy.
• Knowledge of adoptable highways, sewer design, SuDS, and Flood Risk Assessments.
• Proficiency in InfoDrainage and Civil 3D.
• Proven leadership and client-facing experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.

With a growing portfolio of projects and an expanding infrastructure division, they are looking to appoint an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team in York or Leeds.

THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Civil Engineer looking to take the next step in their career at Associate or Director level. The successful Civil Engineer will play a key role in leading infrastructure projects, developing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Working across a variety of developments, the Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing technical design, managing project delivery and mentoring junior engineers.

The ideal Civil Engineer will have a strong consultancy background, excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Key requirements include:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng MICE or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in civil infrastructure design within a consultancy environment.
• Strong knowledge of adoptable highways, sewer design, SuDS and Flood Risk Assessments.
