Job summary

Construo Recruitment is assisting a leading property consultancy to recruit Chartered Building Surveyors for nationwide roles across the UK. The positions require MRICS/FRICS or related qualifications and extensive residential survey experience.

With a salary band of £35,000–£55,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance, you will conduct inspections, assess structural conditions, and deliver high-quality survey reports while adhering to deadlines and CPD requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI
