Job summary

Construo Recruitment, working with a leading property consultancy, is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its expanding nationwide team. The role offers a salary of £35,000-£55,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance and requires MRICS or equivalent qualification.

You will conduct property inspections, assess structural conditions, provide guidance on risks and valuations, and ensure timely, high-quality reports across multiple UK regions.

Qualifications

• MRICS/FRICS/AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT or MICWCI qualification required.
• Proven experience in residential property surveys.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI

• Proven experience in residential property surveys

• Full UK driving licence
