Construo Ltd is recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor for roles across the UK. You will conduct property inspections, produce detailed survey reports and assess structural conditions with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Applicants should hold MRICS/FRICS or related qualifications, possess strong analytical skills and a full UK driving licence. A car allowance is provided, along with ongoing CPD support and a competitive package.

• Proven experience in residential property surveys.
• Valid full UK driving licence.

£35,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

Construo Recruitment is working with a leading property consultancy that is expanding nationwide. They are seeking experienced Building Surveyors to join their team, with roles available across multiple regions of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports

• Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements

• Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations

• Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI

• Proven experience in residential property surveys

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence
