You'll inspect properties, assess structural conditions, and provide market valuations. A full UK driving licence and recognised MRICS/FRICS or equivalent credentials are required, with career development and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports

• Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements

• Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations

• Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI

• Proven experience in residential property surveys

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence
