Construo Recruitment is working with a leading property consultancy that is expanding nationwide. They are seeking experienced Building Surveyors to join their team, with roles available across multiple regions of the UK.

A Chartered Building Surveyor can expect a salary of £35,000 - £55,000 plus £5,000 car allowance, pension scheme, ongoing CPD support, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays in a collaborative, supportive environment with clear progression.

Formación

• Recognised professional qualification in surveying (MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, MICWCI).
• Proven experience in residential property surveys.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports.
• Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements.
