AtkinsRéalis Building & Places Practice in Leeds is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to deliver a full suite of Building Surveying services across a range of high profile public and private clients. You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment, manage client relationships, and handle legal and technical issues, with opportunities to develop toward chartered status.

The role covers project management, condition surveys, due diligence and defect analysis, with travel as required.

Qualificações

• BSc (Hons) Building Surveying or equivalent with RICS accreditation or progress toward.
• Able to demonstrate broad surveying experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in project design/delivery including refurbishments up to c£1m capex.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a range of building surveying and project management duties across multiple projects.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery on a project-by-project basis.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams and contribute to feasibility and reporting.
• Conduct condition and measured surveys and prepare professional reports.
