Zodiac Recruitment is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor for a hybrid role in Milton Keynes. You will support a key client portfolio across Lifecycle Costing, Planned Preventative Maintenance, asset management planning and strategic property advice.

Based centrally in Milton Keynes on a hybrid basis with nationwide travel, the role offers a clear path to increased responsibility within a senior team and the opportunity to shape the direction of the service.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is required.
• Experience in building surveying or building consultancy.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support a key client portfolio across LCC, PPM and asset management planning.
• Provide strategic property advice and long-term investment planning.
• Build detailed knowledge of retirement property portfolio and advise on maintenance.
• Travel nationwide as portfolio requires; hybrid working arrangement.
