Qualifications

MRICS qualified (or equivalent).
Experience in building surveying across professional services and projects.
Strong knowledge of construction, building pathology, and contract administration.
Experience handling commercial property instructions desirable.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Deliver a broad range of professional and project-led surveying services.
Work on refurbishment and redevelopment of commercial offices, retail units, and mixed-use schemes; conduct condition surveys and life cycle assessments.
Handle dilapidations for landlords and tenants on high-value commercial assets.
Provide contract administration and project management for fit-outs, renovations, and upgrades.
Provide technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.
Work on historic and listed buildings with a sensitive approach.
Support insurance reinstatement projects following damage.
