Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to lead commercial project work and provide professional building surveying instructions across a multidisciplinary property consultancy.

You will take responsibility for client commissions from instruction through delivery, delivering due diligence, managing refurbishment contracts, and coordinating input from multiple technical disciplines in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Newly Chartered Building Surveyor or post-qualification experience
• Knowledge of dilapidations and landlord & tenant matters

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical due diligence instructions for commercial property
• Administer refurbishment and repair contracts through all project stages
• Advise on dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters and Party Wall instructions
• Prepare planned maintenance programmes, reinstatement cost assessments and Licences for Alterations
• Undertake project monitoring and coordinate multidisciplinary technical input
