  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a broad range of professional and project-led surveying services.
  • Work on refurbishment and redevelopment of commercial offices, retail units, and mixed-use schemes; conduct condition surveys and life cycle assessments.
  • Handle dilapidations for landlords and tenants on high-value commercial assets.
  • Provide contract administration and project management for fit-outs, renovations, and upgrades.
  • Provide technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.
  • Work on historic and listed buildings with a sensitive approach.
  • Support insurance reinstatement projects following damage.

Your new role

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional and project-led services. You will be involved in a diverse mix of projects including:
