Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd in London is seeking a Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor to lead professional Building Surveying instructions across commercial property. This recently established London team has a strong project pipeline and is seeking an experienced surveyor who can manage client relationships and deliver high-quality surveys.

Hybrid working is available, with a clear progression pathway toward Senior and Associate levels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering professional Building Surveying services across commercial property instructions.
• Experience with dilapidations and other professional Building Surveying instructions.
• Ability to undertake Contract Administration, TDD, Vendor Surveys or Pre-Acquisition Surveys.
• Confidence leading instructions independently and managing client relationships.
• Existing client connections or ambition and ability to develop relationships.
• Motivation to contribute to business development and support growth.

Hunter Dunning is working with a well-established specialist property consultancy with more than 30 years of experience. This opportunity sits within a recently established London Building Surveying team, with a strong pipeline of work already secured across varied professional Building Surveying instructions.

Your Experience

• Proven track record delivering professional Building Surveying services across commercial property instructions
• Experience with dilapidations and other professional Building Surveying instructions
• Ability to undertake Contract Administration, TDD, Vendor Surveys or Pre-Acquisition Surveys
• Confidence leading instructions independently and managing client relationships
• Existing client connections or ambition and ability to develop relationships
• Motivation to contribute to business development and support growth
