Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking a Building Surveyor in South East London. The role combines building surveying with project management across surveys, design, approvals, tendering and contract administration.

MRICS status or active progress towards accreditation is required. You will engage in client communication and collaborative working with a multidisciplinary team, supported by hybrid working and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• BSc Honours in Building Surveying or equivalent competence.
• At least one year of relevant post-qualification experience.
• MRICS qualified or actively progressing towards accreditation.
• Strong surveying and project management capabilities.

• Act as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
• Complete surveys, inspections and feasibility studies.
• Prepare drawings, specifications and schedules of work.

• Deliver Party Wall and technical reporting duties.
