Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in London seeks an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to take ownership of varied instructions, manage client relationships and deliver from inception through to completion.

The role requires strong surveying knowledge, independence, and the ability to work with clients within a supportive consultancy environment. Hybrid working with office presence is offered.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years' building surveying experience.
• MRICS preferred, although strong unqualified candidates will be considered.
• Experience managing your own instructions and working with clients.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking a broad range of building surveying instructions.
• Carrying out building surveys and inspections.
• Preparing professional reports and technical documentation.
• Providing building surveying advice to clients.
• Managing projects and instructions through to completion.
• Working across pre- and post-contract surveying services.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and other professional consultants.
• Supporting junior members of the team where required.
• Managing your own workload and meeting project deadlines.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the surveying team.
