Job summary

Cancer Research UK in Stirling is seeking a motivated Retail Store Assistant with keyholder responsibilities to join our trading team. You will help oversee the shop on Sundays, supporting a team of volunteers.

This fixed-term role lasts 6 months, offers 12 hours per week on a 3x4 hour rota, and provides valuable customer service experience while contributing to fundraising efforts and shop standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the running of the shop with keyholder responsibility.
• Assisting the team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
• Reviewing and processing donated goods and new stock.
• Generating ideas to help create new income with guidance from the Shop Manager.
• Using customer service to ensure customers feel welcome and appreciated.
• Maintaining shop standards on safeguarding, compliance and health and safety.
• Participating in manual handling and physical duties as required.
