Job summary

The British Heart Foundation in Redditch is seeking a Sales Assistant for a part-time role of 13 hours per week across our busy clothing stores. You will deliver first-class customer service, assist with stock and merchandising, and support the E‑Commerce team to grow online sales.

We're looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who are flexible to work weekends and bank holidays. No prior retail experience required, just enthusiasm and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail not required; passion and customer service are key.
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays across 7 days.
• Must be 18+ years old for the role.
• Comfortable with tech: till, PC, smartphone and email.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and promote our mission.
• Organise and merchandise donated stock to maximise sales.
• Collaborate with the E‑Commerce team to grow online sales.
• As a Keyholder, run the store in the absence of a manager.
