Job summary

British Heart Foundation Morpeth is seeking a Sales Assistant for a part-time 21-hour week role in our busy clothing store. The position is a 3-month fixed-term contract with a rota across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will deliver first-class customer service, assist with stock and merchandising, and support the E-Commerce team. The role involves lifting donations and working as part of a friendly team; 18+ to apply and flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience isn’t essential.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Able to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota.
• 18+ years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and promote the charity's mission.
• Organise and merchandise donated stock.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to maximise online sales.
• Assist as a Keyholder when required.
