Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Ability to support, mentor, coach, motivate and lead.
• Experience of managing challenging behaviour and conflict resolution.
• Managing multi‑faceted operations/sites.
• As a member of the Management Team, you will also actively contribute to external communications, policy development, business development and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide leadership to the Community and Enterprise Teams.
• Develop links with referral partners and establish new partnerships.
• Report to the Director and promote a supportive environment for companions.
• Deliver strategic priorities to support the community towards becoming financially self‑sustainable.
