About Chorlton Good Neighbours
Chorlton Good Neighbours is a local charity supporting people aged 65+ in the Chorlton and Whalley Range areas. We provide a range of activities, services and events designed to help older people stay socially connected, physically active and involved in their local community.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Charity Administrator to join our small team and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the charity.
About the role

As a small organisation, everyone has an important role to play, and we are looking for someone who is happy to get involved, use their initiative and take responsibility. You will also have the opportunity to play a part in shaping the future development of the charity.
Key responsibilities at a glance
The role will include providing day-to-day office and administrative support, including responding to telephone and email enquiries, maintaining records, managing rotas and handling payments. You will also support the charity’s activities, services and events, including coordinating practical arrangements and helping out when volunteer support is unavailable. The role will also include updating the charity’s website and social media, supporting volunteer onboarding, and taking responsibility for a range of other tasks and projects as required.
