We seek an experienced HR Consultant to join our small but dedicated team and provide pragmatic HR advice, documentation and compliance support to clients by phone, Teams/Zoom and email.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Extensive experience delivering robust generalist HR advice and guidance.
• Ability to produce high-quality written reports and documentation.
• Passionate about human resources and committed to updating knowledge regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance in employee relations, compliance and HR strategy.
• Counsel clients by phone, Teams/Zoom and email with a pragmatic, client-focused approach.
