The role requires an autonomous practitioner with strong communication, initiative, and consultancy skills. The candidate should have Chartered MCIPD level or Level 7 HR qualification and substantial generalist HR experience, ideally in consultancy or a well-structured setting.

You will provide expert guidance in areas such as employee relations, compliance, HR strategy, and more. We need an experienced practitioner who has operated in a consultancy environment or has built their career in a well-structured environment and is now looking to take their first step into consultancy. You will need a high level of initiative and the confidence and flexibility to meet the demands of an external client base, together with the drive and enthusiasm to work autonomously.
