An established healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Charge Midwife / Community Team Leader to join their Maternity & Neonates Team. The successful candidate will assist the Senior Charge Midwife in delivering high-quality, evidence-based, woman- and baby-centered care.
The post holder will be involved in providing individualized patient care and planning, as well as implementing and evaluating clinical care within all areas of the maternity service. This includes ensuring compliance with NHS Lanarkshire policies and procedures and maintaining statutory requirements in accordance with the NMC.
The Charge Midwife / Community Team Leader will provide safe, effective, person-centered care.
Band 7 / 2x Permanent Posts / Part-time / 34.5 hours & 21 hours
