Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting or a partner-facing technical role.
• Understanding of networking and cybersecurity fundamentals such as routing, switching, VPN, LAN/WAN.
• Familiarity with modern security architectures like SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust.
• Working knowledge of DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP and common security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for Channel Account Managers and partners.
• Deliver technical enablement, workshops and product updates.
• Assist partners in qualifying opportunities with Fortinet architectures.
• Provide technical support during regional channel events.
