Job summary

Fortinet in the UK is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Financial Services & Insurance sector. Based in the UK, you will guide customers through security transformation, architect Fortinet solutions, and support complex deals with internal teams.

You will present technical designs, run workshops, and ensure regulatory alignment while expanding Fortinet's footprint across enterprise accounts. We value strong pre-sales background, FSI domain knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales engineering or customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with Financial Services or Insurance clients.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies including network security, SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SOC, and cloud security.
• Proven ability to design solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements across the sales lifecycle, including workshops and proofs-of-concept.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Fortinet architectures.
• Deliver product demonstrations and architecture workshops for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to align security strategies.
• Maintain deep Fortinet portfolio knowledge and awareness of emerging threats.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and maintain technical documentation in Salesforce.
• Act as a trusted advisor and mentor to colleagues and partners.
