Job summary

Nature’s Way Foods is hiring a Changing Room Assistant for our Chichester site. You will report to the Hygiene Manager and perform daily and deep-cleaning hygiene tasks while ensuring PPE is ordered and issued to the team and visitors in line with SOPs and Health & Safety guidelines.

The role offers part-time hours (1pm-7pm) on a rotating 14-day schedule, with every other weekend off and a range of benefits including health cash plan, life assurance, online GP access, gym discounts, and a £3,000

Reporting into the Hygiene Manager, you will undertake scheduled daily and deep‑cleaning hygiene tasks, as well as order and issue PPE for the team and site visitors, in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.

The hours you’ll work:

Day Shift Only – Fixed Days (1pm-7pm)

You will work 7 days within a 14-day period. Typically:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

With this rota, you'll enjoy every other weekend off, giving you regular time to rest, recharge, and plan ahead.
