Job summary

Zurich in Whiteley offers a 10-week Summer Internship in Change & Technology Management for 2027. You’ll work on a project or workstream, gaining real responsibility and exposure to how Zurich manages change to deliver value to customers.

You will be part of a hybrid workforce, with a requirement to be in the office at least two days per week. Entry requirements include penultimate-year status, UCAS points, and UK right-to-work for three years; IT degree not required but an interest in

Whatyou’llneed:

• Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplacestated in this advert with the expectation to be in the office a minimum of twodays per week
• An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is notrequired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment
• Flexibilityand responsivenessin a varied role, where no day is ever the same and you could be working with people and partners based all over the world.

Entryrequirements:

• You must currently bein your penultimate year at universityand be on track to receive a 2:1 degree in any undergraduate (or equivalent)discipline
