Job summary

Zurich invites aspiring technologists to join the Change & Technology Management Summer Internship 2027 in Whiteley. You’ll work on a project or workstream, gaining real responsibility over discrete delivery elements and learning how change is managed in a leading insurer.

As an undergraduate in your penultimate year, you will contribute to business outcomes while exploring various roles within our change function. The programme could lead to a graduate place in 2028.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year at university with a 2:1 or equivalent.
• Minimum 96 UCAS points from 3 A-level subjects.
• GCSE grade C/4 in Maths and English.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship for three years.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to a project or workstream with ownership of discrete delivery elements.

Whatyou’llneed:

• Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplacestatedin this advert with the expectation to be intheoffice a minimum oftwodays per week
• An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is notrequired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment
• Flexibilityand responsivenessin a varied role, where no day is ever the same and you could be working with people and partners based all over the world.

Entryrequirements:

• You must currently bein your penultimate year at universityand be on track to receive a 2:1 degree in any undergraduate (or equivalent)discipline
• At least 96 UCAS points – CCC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies
• A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE
• You must have an indefinite, full right to work andresidein the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must haveresidedin the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years
