Job summary

Zurich in Swindon is offering a 10-week Change & Technology Management Summer Internship starting June 2027. It’s designed for undergraduates in their penultimate year, with real responsibility and a pathway to graduate opportunities in 2028.

You’ll be assigned to a project, learn how Zurich manages change, and gain exposure to multiple roles in the Change function. This paid internship includes pro rata benefits and broad learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students in penultimate year may apply.
• Expected to achieve a 2:1 in any undergraduate discipline.
• Minimum 96 UCAS points from 3 A-levels (excluding general studies).
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C (9-4) or equivalent or better.
• Must have indefinite right to work in the UK and be resident for 3+ consecutive years.

Responsibilities

• Work on a project or workstream within the Change & Technology Management team.
• Take ownership of discrete elements of delivery.
• Explore roles within the change function and learn about the wider business.

Whatyou’llneed:

• Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplacestatedin this advert with the expectation to be intheoffice a minimum oftwodays per week
• An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is notrequired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Entryrequirements:

• You must currently bein your penultimate year at universityand be on track to receive a 2:1 degree in any undergraduate (or equivalent)discipline
• At least 96 UCAS points – CCC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies
• A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE
• You must have an indefinite, full right to work andresidein the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must haveresidedin the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years
